What destinations do we ship to?

Intelligent Health Systems ships to most destinations in the world including Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Japan and parts of Europe and Asia.

We use Australia Post for all our Australian deliveries and all international orders.

 

How much will I pay for shipping?

All shipping costs are calculated according to current Australia Post rates.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This depends on the country of destination. Typically, delivery is between 3-5 business days within Australia and 3-10 working days in New Zealand. Other international orders will vary due to the destination and the customs regulations. They usually take between 4-21 working days to arrive.

Should your order be delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances we will contact you using the details you provided when placing your order.

Occasionally the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security / inspection measure; these delays can be between 2-4 weeks for the United Kingdom and United States and 4-6 weeks for continental Europe except for Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands which can be up to 8 weeks.

 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, we are not able to do split shipments. You will need to create multiple orders if you wish to send to multiple destinations.

 

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Address details can be changed provided we are notified on time prior to the order being shipped. Please contact us immediately with any changes.

 

How can I track my order?

When we receive your order we will automatically send you an email with your order number and details attached. We use Australia Post for all Australian delivers and international deliveries. What happens if my product is damaged or defected when it arrives?

Intelligent Health Systems endeavours to provide customers with the highest quality products. However, should your item be damaged or defected in anyway please send an email to info@mozzigear.com.au within 7 days of your purchase.

On receipt of your email we will assign you a tracking number. You then will need to mail your item(s) to the following address:

Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original invoice. PLEASE NOTE: Products that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

Coupons or Discount Codes, when can I use them?

  • Coupons or Discount Codes are not necessarily valid for all periods of the year. There may be periods, particularly during sales, out of stocks or other periods as deemed necessary, for which the coupon or discount code may not be usable.

  • Coupons or Discount Codes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other coupons or discount codes or any other offer or discounts or promotions offered.
