What destinations do we ship to?

Intelligent Health Systems ships to most destinations in the world including Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Japan and parts of Europe and Asia. For a full list of shipping destinations please refer to the table below. If you reside in a country that is not listed below please contact us via email for a shipping estimate.

We use Australia Post for all our Australian deliveries and all international orders.

When completing your shipping details please ensure you specify a physical address where someone is able to receive your order. We cannot ship to post office boxes.

How much will I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $60 and flat rate shipping on all orders. Rates are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD):

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

This depends on the country of destination. Typically, delivery is between 3-5 business days within Australia and 3-10 working days in New Zealand. Other international orders will vary due to the destination and the customs regulations. They usually take between 4-21 working days to arrive.

Should your order be delayed due to any unforeseen circumstances we will contact you using the details you provided when placing your order.

Occasionally the customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security / inspection measure; these delays can be between 2-4 weeks for the United Kingdom and United States and 4-6 weeks for continental Europe except for Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands which can be up to 8 weeks.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

No, we are not able to do split shipments. You will need to create multiple orders if you wish to send to multiple destinations.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

After you have clicked "Process Payment" your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible and does not allow for any changes once the order has been processed.

How can I track my order?

When we receive your order we will automatically send you an email with your order number and details attached. We use Australia Post for all Australian delivers and ??? for all our international deliveres and you can log into their websites with your tracking number to track your delivery. What happens if my product is damaged or defected when it arrives?

Intelligent Health Systems endeavours to provide customers with the highest quality products. However, should your item be damaged or defected in anyway please send an email to within 7 days of your purchase.

On receipt of your email we will assign you a tracking number. You then will need to mail your item(s) to the following address:

Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original invoice. PLEASE NOTE: Products that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
